An action can be a decision, a context, a changed conversation, a new perspective, a different process, a clarifying question, an artifact, etc.

The determining actions are identified by observing your reality in real-time and combining them in a new way, based on a comprehensive approach and the customer’s terms.

For example, if you need to shift the organization’s mindset from inside-out to outside-in, the action might be a question that sparks curiosity about the customers’ situation throughout the organization.
