Recurring and complex problems consist of multiple disciplines intertwined with one another. We identify the key disciplines and reassemble them—often in a new order and dosage—and sometimes add new ones to find lasting solutions.

Here are our preferred disciplines in no particular order, as they frequently overlap. For example, every change contains an element of leadership, and a new value proposition from ComEx may require advising customers in a different way. If this change affects multiple stakeholders, we call it a transformation; if it impacts the entire organization, we call it culture.
